Membership of CRSI is open for persons interested in the field of Cryptology and allied disciplines. The Society has three levels of membership for individuals – Life Member, Associate Member and Student Member – and one may opt for the type of membership that suits his/her affiliation and requirements. Institutional Membership is offered for Business houses, Educational/Research institutes and Government organizations. Kindly check the rules and benefits before you apply.
Individual Membership dues are Rs. 1000 for Life Membership, Rs. 150 per year for Associate Membership, and Rs. 100 per year for Student Membership. Application for new membership will be processed only after the full payment for life members, or the first year’s payment for associate members or student members is completed. The relevant fees for the Institutional Membership of CRSI are mentioned in the Institutional Membership Form.
Kindly keep your payment instrument (cheque or demand draft) ready before you start the online application for new membership; the details of the instrument will be required to initiate the application process. All cheques and demand drafts must be issued in favor of “Cryptology Research Society of India”. An extra amount of Rs. 60 is to be paid in addition to the membership fees for all outstation (out-of-Kolkata) cheques and drafts.
